Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Summary

If this is your first paid subscription on RealtorAI and you are not satisfied — let us know within 14 calendar days of purchase and we will refund the full amount via the original payment method. Refunds are processed via BOG iPay within 5 business days.

2. Free tier and trial periods

Some paid tiers include a free trial:

• BASIC tier — 7-day trial. Card is charged at the end of the trial unless cancelled.
• PREMIUM tier — 14-day trial. Same rule.
• Cancelling a trial — Go to your profile → "Subscription" → "Cancel". If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is taken from your card.
• FREE tier — Always free, never charged, no refund needed.

3. 14-day unconditional money-back on first purchase

If this is your first paid subscription with LLC Craftbox.ge (RealtorAI), you have the right to request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase — regardless of reason.

• The refund is issued via the original payment method (card-to-card).
• It is processed through BOG iPay's standard flow, typically within 5 business days.
• Send your request to info@realtorai.ge with the subject "Refund request" and include the email of your account.

The 14-day window applies only to the first paid subscription. Renewals are governed by Section 4.

4. Refunds after 14 days or on renewals

After 14 days, or when a subscription renews automatically, refunds are not automatic. Exception — verified service issue on our side: prolonged platform outage (24+ hours), an erroneous charge, or a paid feature being unavailable. In such cases, support responds within 5 business days; once verified, the refund is issued proportionally or in full depending on the issue.

5. Cancelling auto-renewal

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Go to your account → "Settings" → "Subscription" → "Cancel".
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid cycle — unused days are not refunded (except under Section 4).
• Features remain available until the end of the cycle.

If you forgot to cancel and the renewal charge went through, contact us within 7 days — we review case by case and in most cases issue a refund within a reasonable window.

6. Chargebacks with the bank

If you have a payment-related issue, contact info@realtorai.ge first. Use a chargeback through your bank only as a last resort — direct dialogue usually resolves things faster. An unjustified chargeback can result in the suspension of your account.

7. Refund processing times

If the refund has not arrived within the expected window, let us know at info@realtorai.ge — we will follow up with BOG iPay.

8. Not eligible for refund

• FREE tier — no payment is made, nothing to refund.
• Standalone one-off services (e.g. a paid photo session) once the service has actually been delivered.
• Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
